Alright. I have to pass in my preferance for next semester's clinical placement tomorrow, so I've finally decided on my order of lab preferance. ^_^ I chose 8 because we can't have 2 people at one lab, and someone might beat me to my top preferances ;_;'' Anyway:
1. Vetpath at Frewville (last shot at becomming some sort of vet so to speak)
2. IMVS at Victor Harbour
3. IMVS at Gawler
4. IMVS at Mt. Gambier
5. IMVS at Whyalla
6. IMVS at Port Lincoln
7. IMVS at Port Pirie
8. IMVS at Port Augusta
@_@ I think I'm moving out of home in August. It will be difficult to get Vetpath (I think I have a 5% chance @_@;;), and all the others are far far away (Well, Victor Harbour not so, but far enough to have to live alone). I know Whyalla will be free. A lot of people have been saying it looks like a good place to go but they're so turned off by the fact it's a country area with no place to go shopping that I doubt they'll apply ^^;
oh hey! If I leave home I think I'll be getting a lap top XD
>=O Someone just drove up to my house and tied 3 DVDs to my front door -_-; It was the DVDs my Dad lent to his friends, so I guess it must have been one of them. But.....when you return things you don't tie them together with a string and hang them on the front door for all the world to see! Any ass could come and take them. He didn't even knock. I heard a car and went out to see if my Mum was home and there were the discs. My dog was trying to bite them off the door, if she could jump just half a centimeter higher she would have destroyed them -_-
It's almost as bad as when Yishan's friend borrowed my CDs and instead of returning them to me, put them on the front door of the house he thought was mine.....It wasn't my house. It was my neighbours. But he figured it was mine and brought them to me. And there were 15 CDs there dagnammit >_< *sighs heavily* I'm over-reacting, but really few things tick me off as much as this sort of thing. When you borrow someone's stuff take care of it and return it properly. It's not that diffictult. Don't just dump things nearby and hope the owners get it. -_- I don't understand how people can do that.
Music: the H.O.T Mega Medley (This thing is over 14 minutes long O_O;;;)
Rain has been updated. =_= God my FTP is being slow this morning. oh BTW, make sure you read the index page if you go to rain. There's an important little note there.
*yawning* I'm so very very tired =_= I spent all of yesterday cramming for a mini-exam I have tomorrow +_+ I'm still not ready. And I couldn't sleep last night because it kept circling round in my head that I had so much to study, my brain refused to be quiet and rest >_< So after I've finished updating Rain, it's a strong coffee for me and back to work =_=
Lin-chan, somehow I doubt SBS has it ;_; If only *sighs* then it would be ad free.
I don't have a pigeon hole ^^; my uni is cheap about medical sciences and although some other courses (*cough* business *cough*) have got them we don't = Demo Lin-chan! Next week I have massive practical tests everyday and the week after that is my swot vac (very much relied on). So after exams? 'o' I finish on the *whips diary out* 28th June..... O_O 28th June......O_O And there's an exam on my birthday! O_O;;;;;;;;; Uh. Anyway. Lin-chan, I'll be free for you anytime you like after then, but I'm not free for anyone before ^_^;;
I swear I just saw the stupidest thing on the way home >-< There was a kid (13, 14 years old at the most) at the side of Currie street (very busy street) holding his bike. I was in the bus at the time. And just when the traffic was at it's heaviest, HE SHUT HIS EYES AND RODE ACROSS THE ROAD AT FULL SPEED! I swear I thought he was going to die. When he passed in front of my bus a car was comming very quickly on the side of the bus he was heading to. I really really thought he'd get hit. But the car just managed to swerve and miss him. There was no way the driver would have seen him ahead of time. And to top it off his friend was on the other side of the road cheering him on XO And the kid just laughed, propped his bike on the sidewalk and prepared to go again. I swear it was the most stupid thing I've ever seen in my life. If I hear about a kid being run over in the city tonight I'll know who it must have been -_- Dumb kid.
X] Dr. Harris finally marked our Biotech mid-semester exams and I got 97.5% =D ahh is good is good. I got pipped to the top position by half a mark though ;_; Someone else got at 98%. I don't know who it is but I suspect it's Sharney 'o' Ya! *runs around happily* I'm so happy with my maaaaaaaaaaaaaark XDDD
The Biomed ball is comming up (30 June). Should I go? '-'; I don't have a dress, don't have a date and I'm too broke to get the money together on time(again)......^^; Maybe not.
But but. If Cheez TV don't have the rights to Gundam who does? ;_; Channel 7 play music videos in the morning and channel 9 is a morning show thingy. Channel 8 foreign news....that leaves....ABC? But the world would probably crumble before the ABC got Gundam wing >_> That leaves............NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Cable XO *crying in a corner* At least I'll still be able to fund the toys here ;_; *dreams of a Deathscythe toy* I want a Deathscythe ;_; Oh and Wing Zero...Wing Zero is good too ^-^;
Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. Gundam Wing is going to be playing on TV in Australia. *running around like a giddy school girl* I hope it's on public TV and not cable. I'm cable deprived ;_;
*yawning* I'm so tired '0'~ But I have to read through my Haematology lecture notes for the day I missed so I can go into the lab tomorrow and look at the blood films (Va-chan very kindly took some for me and made some extra notes). Need to talk to Mari-anne too. I need her to teach me the Lancefield grouping tests before the Micro prac exam. I'm such a lazy ass that I haven't learned to do it at all this semester.
I didn't see Phoung today =X She e-mailed me to say she was sick. um...... I think I gave her my flu. She was hale and heathly just yesterday, then I came to Uni and did a lot of coughing...... I feel bad ._.'' I would stay home but next week is the last week of Uni and there's so much I have to do ._.'
*waving back* Your blog looked interesting. I link I link XD;;;
My parents just left for Sydney. They've gone armed with another list of manga I want and places to buy them ^^; I wonder if they'll be in stock there '-';
I had a silly urge to list all the novels I own that are lying around in my room (List now here). keh ^^; With my novel and manga collecting, no wonder there is never enough shelf space in my room ^^; Hmm and despite not having finished "A clash of kings" yet (I would have finished it but I haven't had time to happily sit around to read lately) I went and bought The Nameless Day by Sara Douglass. ^_^; I haven't read any of her novels before, but I have her book discussing King Arthur and various knights of the round table (The Betrayal of Arthur). It was a very good book 'o' She carefully discussed the question of how real Camelot and it's inhabitants were as well as delving into their significance and quesioning why the Arthurian legend is so popular . I particularly liked the parts where she talked about Arthur's position as a Christ like figure. Hnn hnn *nodding* Before I'd read her book I avoided Arthurian stories like they were the plague ^^; Don't ask, I don't know, I just wasn't so interested. *cough* Point is, now I love them ^_^; Especially Bernard Cornwell's version of the tale (the name of the series eludes me right now but I believe one of the novels was called "Enemy of God"). Anyway, I thought I'd give one of Sara Douglass' novels a try ^_^; Also also! She's a South Australian like me =D She even went to the University of Adelaide.
Now....I just need to find some quiet stress free time to sit down and read. Fat chance of that though ^^: Next week there's a test everyday and big big essay due. It's going to be one giant heart attack. Exams are less than 3 weeks away too O_O;;
XD Oh me oh my! Sereko, did you know the charm shop is having a big big sale? My Mum was there this morning and she bought me a small pile of treasures *_* I have here a very nice gold necklace with rings on it. Apparently it's a lucky charm she wants me to wear everyday for good luck in exams ^_^; It's cute. I love it. I also have 2 bracelets. One of them has 4 different colored pearls on it...although they must be fake because it was very cheap ($15 I think). The other has light pink river pearls *___* There's also an silver necklace with an amber pendant and matching earrings ^_____^ I lurve them all.
BTW, this is all of course early birthday present. ^^; Mama wouldn't splurge like this otherwise. She just loves buying gifts when June is about to begin (my b'day is June 25) and it continues at sporratic times until the day of my birthday ^^; She just likes to get excited about it.
*drops Phil* Yes yes. I release you purely for the task of transcribing. It will be your life until you finish ^____________^ *hint hint*
Oh, and Sereko! One tel have gone bankrupt! They're going to close down '0' You're with them aren't you? What does that mean for your internet account? O_O;
Sereko, By the time i got to target there were no Kero dolls left ;_; but I bought a Blue Warrior Sakura figurine. Hmmmm "blue warrior sakura"....... I've been calling her, er, Captain America Sakura for the longest time (don't ask, I don't know what's going on in my head ^^; Maybe it's the wings on her headband).
Anyway, it's so cute. ^_^ As Sereko already pointed out the toys are very nice. The figurines are even nicer than my Japanese figurine and so much cheaper. My only complaint is that it's shiny. I'd like it better if it was matt. I didn't end up buying any of the Barbie style dolls because their faces looked a little funny. But their bodies and costumes were very *very* nice *_*
OMG O_O I don't check my leonguard@hotmail.com address for a week and there are suddenly 538 new junk mails O_O;;; Never in my life have I seen so much junk. =X
*yawning* I went to bed so early last night but I'm still tired =_= I practially fell asleep in Micro lecture (hell, I'm practically falling asleep here). And my tummy kept rumbling at inappropriate times causing everyone to look at me ^^; Anyway, I'm on break now. Micro tute was cancelled, so I have until 2pm to dawdle, study, eat, blah. I won't be leaving the campus tho' because I'm still feeling iffy.
Hmmm, something's wrong with this compy. It keeps scrolling the screen up, whenever I scroll down *clicks* dooooown the screen goes *releases button* back uuuuup it scrolls itself. It's very odd and more than a little annoying @_@;;
Phil, Spikey-sama was on Rove?! I missed it T__T What did he say? What did he say? You *must* tell meeeeee~ *shakes Phil until his teeth rattle*
I've re-edited this layout so that it looks almost fine on Netscape.....*almost* of course, now it might not look so great on IE *frowns* I'll check when I get home.
BTW, when you e-mail me you don't need to send the same thing to all 3 of my e-mail addresses. Just because you send me the same thing 3 times doesn't mean I'm going to reply to you any faster ^^;
Aaaa *breaths in deeply* I adore walking down Frome Road in the morning to come to Reid Building ^__^ I love the sound to the gravel underfoot, the bikes whirring past me and the trees that line the street. And at this time of the year, I love watching my own white puff of breath as I walk along. It all just makes me feel so good, I'm going to miss it next semester when I'm not comming here anymore.
I'm much better this morning. Can you tell? ^_^; I went to bed early, and more importantly have new drugs which have kicked in nicely. I can breath through my nose again. Now if I could just get rid of this persistant cough.... It must really bother the other people in class ^^; I actually remembered to bring my overdue library books to Uni today *looks around furtively* I hope I'm not banned.
Ne, Va-chan just came and saw my entry. She's laughing at me for loving somthing as silly as Frome road ;_;'' She also said I got one of my Haematology test back last week, and I got 9/10 XDDD
Ummm...no....I didn't just change layouts for the second time in as many days *discreet cough* Nuh huh
Nya, my brother's pissed at me =_= he thinks I ate his Orange Bubblegum (he counts it very carefully at least once a week to make sure none is missing....don't ask). but I didn't touch it ;_; he's walking around not talking to me and I didn't do anything wrong >_< He must have forgotten how many he had or something.
And David, sorry I got cut off before while we were talking ^^; When I came back you were gone ;_; Aaaah well *heading to bed early* I absolutely have to be in Uni tomorrow 0_0 I will not have what happened today occur again, and I refuse to miss another practical this close to exams.
Have you heard that the fastest way to get rid of a cold is to give it to someone else? hmmmm? Why don't you come here? ^_^ *beckons to reader* I have something nice to give you. You'll like it. I *swear*.
*sniffling* I managed to stay at my first lecture this morning for a grand total of 45 minutes before I got dizzy and nearly fell over. It was at this point that my friends dragged me outside and demanded that I go home and sleep. ^^; So I made Mum come to the city to drive me home. I've been studying and lying in bed (under 3 blankets) alternatively throughout the day. I had wanted to be in Uni for the Haematology practical because there's a prac test next week. But *sigh*... Anyway, Mother is taking turns at coddling me and complaining that my room is a mess. @_@;; I guess it does look terrible. But I'll clean it up when I'm better. ^^; Medicine....medicine....give me more *reaches out* Or cough lollies? I'm all out. I ate them like well....candy ^^;
Ooh, Lina you're fluey too? Good luck '0' BTW if you think your Dad is crappy about developing photos you should see mine ^^; My Dad still hasn't developed the Photos we took over a month ago in Japan.
Something's wrong with me this morning *coughing* I think I'm giddied up on drugs. Should be home in bed, but I have to be in Uni today *muffling her throat*
