aaah, my legs are ready to drop off ^^; I had a very busy day, and you don't want to know what I had to proccess and culture just after lunch. Hell *I* don't want to remember what I was processing and culturing just after lunch. It takes away my appetite and dinner is soon ^^;

I got a nice pair of knee high boots yesterday ^_^ They were on sale and my Ma bought them from me ;_; *so happy* Too bad the weather is warm this week, too warm for my nice black stretch knee high boots ;_; Right know they bunch a bit, but the store lady told me that'll go away as they wear in. I also got a nice skirt from Witchery, too bad it's made of "instant crumple" material.

I get a long long long weekend this week ^_____^ No Uni on Thursday or Friday and Monday is a public holiday (Adelaide Cup Day), so I get a 5 day weekend. This would be all the more wonderful if I didn't have to use the full 5 days to start and finish a bucketload of work ^^; *sigh* so what this weekend means is 3 extra days I don't have to attend lectures/pracs, but it also means 3 extra days I can use to cram T_T;;

^_^; I'm a little early about it, but Rain has been updated. I don't think I'll be using the compy tomorrow '-' I'm doing the mandatory Mother's Day Lunch and Dinner (ho hum, i owe David flower money) and researching at the library in between. I absolutely must begin my Microbiology essay or I'll be buried under my workload O_O;;

I took an amble through some of my failed wallpapers this afternoon. The one to the right is one of my earliest attempts, but it was never quite finished. It got to the point you see and then I decided it was a dud. But every now and then I look at it and want to re-edit and post it ^^; I just can't seem to get it right tho', so away it goes for another month or so. *sigh*

Hmmm, I'm happily sitting here eating some custard puff cakes that an Aunty brought over ^____^ So yummy =d I'm gourging myself on them and 6 have dissappeared into my very happy tummy already =p

*stretches* I'm so tired ~_~zzz All my energy was drained into staring at agar plates and describing bacteria for an hour and a half. My brain cells have been killed by the smell of the things (I had to smell them all today >_< So so stinky, I nearly fell over). Then I ran around trying to figure out whether my colony was gram negative or positive and getting different results everywhere I went @_@

There's a mouse somewhere in my room '0' I'm scared ;_; So scared it will crawl on my or something while I sleep ^^; And so scared it will find my candy stocks (which I've sealed up in a plastic container, but still...). *sigh* so there's a mat under my door to make sure it doesn't escape and mouse traps about the place ._. I don't want to wake up in the middle of the night to the sound of a mouse trap going off and have to see the poor thing (I'm scared of it, 'cause it's so fast and small, but it's still cute ^^; I screamed like a ditzy bubble head when it came running in. Yeah, David was chasing it and the silly thing ran right through my legs and under my bed >0<).

AAAAh *squeal* this layout is so darned pink ^^: I'm not a pinkly person. ^^;;; Demo, the last layout was too drab for me, and this picture was pretty ^_^ I scanned it out of my "Watashi no sukina hito" manga (by CLAMP btw). And now I hear my desk calling. ^^; I only came on the compy because I had the urge to make a new blog layout.

I archived for the second time today. Those of you who saw this mornings entry can ignore it. It isn't anything I hadn't known before. I just refused to admit it until now.

Demo, Sereko, Takashi Sorimachi-sama isn't that cute, and I said that long before I'd seen the show. ^^; It's just his voice (my god, the voice! *_*) and his acting that I lurve XD; Oh look! there he is again *acts surprised and jabs thumb to the right* XD; IMHO, Spikey-sama is much better looking *_* Ne, he didn't got voted out on Sunday XD Andy is gone andy is gone! Spikey-sama lives on! Whahahahahahaha

Anyway... I just finished up with Haematology prac. It was a little annoying because my partner had tried to do the prac without reading the instructions. Naturally everything came out wrong and had to be done again. But I came out jubilant because Prof Cheney forgot that I didn't do an oral slide assesment last week and should have done it this week =D They're not marked, so it doesn't matter, and I'm so so happy not to have to do an oral XD I dread standing at the front of the class to give a report. Mine would have been easy this week though = The symptom for my patient was Gargoylism. The blood picture is very very easy to diagnose and describe.

*lol* I was sitting around in class waiting for my enzyme to denature (I was bored, it takes 5 minutes) when Cheney just came and sat with me to, as he said, "contemplate the world". Ne, I'm scared of him, but I want to be like him ;_; Academically I mean. ^^; He knows everything 'o' Hospitals and labs call him in when they don't know something about a blood picture and he's seen so many rare blood films. I wonder if one day I'll be as well respected?

Oooh and Vary and I are saving up money to go "boot shopping" as soon as we can find the time. XD I'll be there to force her to consider price and she'll be there to make sure I buy something "sensible" for lab work next semester ^^; Money money, I need money money! Va-chan is so good at saving, but I'm perpetually broke T_T;;

What else....hnnn, I was supposed to go to Sydney with Va-chan and Phoung this holidays, but due to unforseen circumstances I'm not now T_T Phoung can't come and Va-chan has been asked to help at a camp trip. She's very religious and dedicated to her church so she wanted very much to go. So I've been left in the lurch. Looks like I stay home these hollies. ^^;
